Hi! I’m Katharina, the face behind Somna Pediatric Sleep Consulting. I’m a certified pediatric sleep consultant through The Cradle Coach Academy, a practicing pediatric audiologist, and a mom who deeply understands just how transformative healthy sleep can be for the entire family.
My own journey into sleep consulting began after months of sleepless nights with my daughter while working full-time and running on empty. Reaching out to a sleep consultant changed everything for us. That experience not only restored rest in our home but also sparked my passion for helping other families feel supported, empowered, and confident on their own path to better sleep.
With a strong background in healthcare and years of working with children and parents, I bring a blend of clinical knowledge, empathy, and real-life experience to every family I support. My favorite part of this work is building genuine rapport with parents, as well as listening, guiding, and celebrating together as their little ones learn the skills they need to sleep well.
Whether you’re navigating bedtime battles, incessant nighttime wakings, or unpredictable naps, I’m here to walk alongside you and help your family get back to the things you love to do together, well-rested.
